You'll never be caught off-guard — we'll give you at least 30 days notice before the first charge, and you can cancel with no penalty at any time.

Migration is handled personally during onboarding rather than as a self-serve import — what's possible depends on what your current system will export, so it's the first thing we'll talk through. DentureFlowPro also reads existing charts directly from PDF, including paper scans. Tell us what you're running now and we'll tell you straight what moves and what doesn't.
All data is AES-256 encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted exclusively in Canadian data centres (Montreal), and covered under our PHIPA and PIPEDA compliance framework. Full audit logs on all record access.
